QTRA and VALID hazard identification with clear, defensible scoring.
A tree risk assessment identifies whether a tree is a genuine hazard — hollows, root instability, structural defects — and scores that risk using recognised methods (QTRA and VALID). The result is a defensible recommendation: retain, mitigate, monitor, or remove.
Not every leaning tree is dangerous, and not every straight tree is safe. Guesswork leads to unnecessary removals, or to inaction that later has to be justified after a failure. A scored assessment gives homeowners, councils and insurers a clear basis for the decision.
