Services · Risk & Reporting
Formal tree risk assessment and arborist reports for homeowners, councils, courts and decision-makers.
Evidence-based findings, clearly scored and defensibly documented.
This workstream is independent assessment and writing — QTRA and VALID risk scores, climbing inspections of hidden defects, and arborist reports prepared for planners, insurers, legal teams and courts. The product is not a feeling about a tree; it is a documented finding.
When a tree sits between a homeowner, a neighbour, a council or a claim, opinion is not enough. Thin reports get rejected; inflated risk gets tested. We use recognised methods so the same tree produces the same conclusion, regardless of who commissioned the work.
QTRA and VALID hazard identification, structural hollow evaluation, root instability analysis and defect scoring with mitigation reporting.
