This workstream is independent assessment and writing — QTRA and VALID risk scores, climbing inspections of hidden defects, and arborist reports prepared for planners, insurers, legal teams and courts. The product is not a feeling about a tree; it is a documented finding.
When a tree sits between a homeowner, a neighbour, a council or a claim, opinion is not enough. Thin reports get rejected; inflated risk gets tested. We use recognised methods so the same tree produces the same conclusion, regardless of who commissioned the work.
