Stop roots and footings colliding.

Physical deflection barriers that protect footings, driveways and utilities.

Root Barrier Installation

Root barrier installation is the design and placement of physical deflection barriers along trenches, so roots are guided away from footings, driveways and underground utilities. Done correctly, the tree stays; the structure stays dry and level.

Tree roots follow moisture. They lift slabs, crack driveways and invade pipes — and a later removal is often blocked by a protection overlay. A barrier is cheaper than underpinning, and more defensible than waiting for damage then arguing for a permit.
