On-site tree protection, all build long.

Construction monitoring, root excavation oversight and compliance certification.

Project Arborist

A project arborist is the on-site consulting arborist named on the permit — supervising excavation, checking protection fencing, and certifying that tree-protection conditions are actually followed. We stay with the build from the first trench to the last hold point.

Council conditions do not enforce themselves. Unsupervised digging inside a TPZ can trigger stop-work, fines, and a tree that dies two seasons later. An arborist on site protects the project and the tree, and gives the builder a paper trail of compliance.
